Financial Audit and Sustainability Reporting Assurance

According to the articles of association, GRK’s Auditor shall be an Authorized Public Accountants Organization which shall designate an Authorized Public Accountant as the auditor with principal responsibility.

The Audit Committee prepares the election of the company’s Auditor. The term of office of the Auditor shall end at the end of the Annual General Meeting following the election.

The annual general meeting of 2025 elected the firm of authorized public accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd. as the company’s Auditor. The auditor with principal responsibility is APA Markku Launis.

The annual general meeting of 2025 decided that the auditor will be paid against invoice approved by the company.

Sustainability Reporting Assurance

According to the articles of association, an Authorized Sustainability Audit Firm shall be elected as the company’s sustainability reporting assurer, which shall designate an authorized sustainability auditor as the principal sustainability reporting (CSRD) assurer.

The Audit Committee prepares the election of the company’s sustainability reporting assurer. The term of office of the sustainability reporting assurer shall end at the end of the Annual General Meeting following the election.

The annual general meeting of 2025 elected the firm of authorized public accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Ltd. as the company’s sustainability reporting assurer. The sustainability reporting assurer with principal responsibility is Authorized Sustainability Auditor (ASA) Markku Launis.

The annual general meeting of 2025 decided that the sustainability reporting assurer will be paid against invoice approved by the company.
