Strategy and goals

GRK’s strategic vision, which the company aims to achieve by 2028, is built on three cornerstones described below along with the metrics for strategic goals.

1. The most competitive team

The goal of the strategy is to ensure the maintenance of a bold, entrepreneurial culture and to promote employee well-being. One of GRK’s objectives is to further improve employee satisfaction and increase the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) above 40. GRK strives to take care of its personnel by adhering to the principles of fair operations that guide its business. The company aims to keep the sickness absence rate below the target of 2.5%. GRK seeks to maintain a comprehensive service offering and provide functional and efficient solutions to its customers. The company aims to attract and retain the best talent. GRK wants to develop its own experts for ongoing and future projects. The company hires new employees through an annual internship program with the goal of training interns into future permanent employees. In 2024, GRK employed 97 interns, whose job satisfaction, measured by eNPS, was at a level of 64.

2. Profitable growth

GRK’s goal is to continue profitable growth and actively seek new business opportunities. The company aims to be financially solid and the most profitable company in the industry. The metrics for achieving this vision are GRK’s financial targets.

3. A pioneer in sustainable construction

Corporate responsibility is an integral part of GRK’s strategy and its vision to be a pioneer in sustainable infrastructure construction. Environmental responsibility plays a key role in delivering services to customers in a resource-efficient manner that respects the environment, always striving for the best possible outcome by using natural resources, materials, and energy efficiently. Social responsibility is reflected in GRK’s goal of being a fair employer with a well-being workforce and a safe working environment. GRK’s long-term objective is to reduce its emissions to net zero by 2050 and, for its own operations, by 2035. GRK is committed to the voluntary Circular Economy Green Deal agreement. The company aims to triple its annual use of recycled materials to 1.5 million tons by 2035. GRK also aims to maintain the high level of customer satisfaction it has already achieved in all countries, remaining above 4.5 on a scale of one to five.
